Cleveland house under renovation goes up in flames

CLEVELAND — Huge flames billowed from a residence beneath renovation early Thursday early morning, according to neighbors.

Firefighters from the Cleveland Division of Fire responded at all-around 2:30 a.m. to the 8900 block of Bancroft Avenue for a massive fire.

A spokesperson for the division explained the hearth began in the basement.

Neighbors who spoke to Information 5’s right away news tracker unhappy the household was under renovation and was vacant at the time of the fire.

The residences on each sides of the burning home experienced significant exterior harm.
