Mailbox reveals improving rent collection but NAV dips | Online
Mailbox REIT, the initial company to float on the UK’s Intercontinental House Securities Trade, has discovered it has gathered 91.9% of rents for the September quarter.
In a trading update to buyers the team, which individual the blended-use Mailbox scheme in Birmingham, claimed the remaining 8.1% of rents due will be paid on a regular foundation, bringing the full collection in line with June 2021 at more than 98%.
